ENDON L. PERKINS

Endon is currently a Business Education teacher at a Charter School in Orlando, FL for 11th and 12th graders. Additionally, she has her own consulting company in which she manages and facilitates Christian Education conferences and workshops across the U.S. Prior to becoming an educator, Endon served in numerous management positions at Urban Ministries, Inc. in Chicago in the areas of marketing, sales, event management, and field team management. Prior to UMI, Endon worked for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in Chicago and worked in a variety of positions in administration, diversity and technology.

Endon graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Marketing and received her MBA from Purdue University. After college, she served as an officer in the U.S. Army in Europe and obtained the rank of Captain. Endon has a passion for teaching and training and created a program “Modeling with a Mission” to mentor young ladies on topics of self-esteem, leadership and confidence. Additionally, she currently serves as an acting and modeling coach to children, teens and adults across the country.

At her home church in the Chicagoland area, she taught Sunday School classes, and she worked with several ministries for youths and church outreach. While living in Chicago, Endon volunteered in the local community with an afterschool program (By the Hand) for under-served children, and she taught runway modeling classes for ages 11 through adults at a local community center. Endon has been recognized for her dedicated service to others and has received several awards and accolades. However, she considers service for Christ and others as her greatest reward.
